Role Overview
ProLytics is looking for a Marketing Analyst / Coordinator with a strong digital and analytical mindset to support the execution, tracking, and optimization of our marketing programs.
This is a hands-on role focused on marketing operations, analytics, content coordination, and digital execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams across website, social, campaigns, and events.
Roles & Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain the marketing calendar
– Coordinate marketing activities across digital, social, website, and campaigns
– Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
– Support website updates and content publishing
– Create and schedule social media posts (primarily LinkedIn)
– Assist with marketing assets and sales collateral
– Track campaign performance and prepare dashboards
– Conduct market and competitive research
– Support internal and external events
– Maintain customer personas and content mapping
– Organize marketing data, assets, and documentation
Qualifications
– Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years experience in marketing coordinator or analyst roles
– Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
– Experience managing marketing calendars and social posting
– Strong organizational and analytical skills
– Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Interest in B2B marketing, consulting, or SaaS
Nice to Have
– Experience marketing for consulting or technology firms
– Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe)
– SEO and content performance analysis exposure
