FAQs
When do I receive my reward?
You’ll receive your reward once your referral signs a paid Statement of Work (SOW) with ProLytics. At that point, you’ll get an email confirmation and your cash payout or consulting credit (your choice) will be processed within 30 days.
Can I change my reward choice later?
Yes — if you selected one option (cash or consulting credit) when submitting your referral, you may request to change your choice any time before the reward is processed. Once the payout or credit is issued, the choice is final.
Is there a limit to referrals?
There’s no limit to how many referrals you can submit. Each qualified referral (as defined above) who becomes a client will earn you a reward. Plus, milestone bonuses are unlocked at 5 referrals and 10 referrals, so the more you share, the bigger the benefits.
How do credits get applied?
Consulting credits are applied directly to your next ProLytics engagement or managed services invoice. You’ll see the credit noted as a line item on your statement. Credits do not expire, but they must be applied to active projects or service contracts.
