What information do we collect?
When you visit the Site and fill in our forms, we will collect certain information from you: your name, job title, company/organization name you currently work at, phone number, and e-mail address. We refer to this as “Personal Information.” You provide Personal Information to us when you:

We will not share your information with third parties, except with our service providers which include website hosting, analytic providers, email marketing providers, and collection forms. ProLytics uses the following third-party service providers that process your Non-Personal information on its behalf:
- WordPress – Website Host and Content Management System
- WPForms – Form Collection that redirects your Personal Information to us in order to maintain for communication purposes
- Microsoft Customer Voice & Forms – Survey Collection allows ProLytics to collect customer feedback and suggestions
- Google Analytics – Analytics Provider that uses your Non-Personal Information to track and examine your activities on the Site
- MailerLite – Email Marketing Application for email updates, subscription forms, newsletters, and campaigns
Finally, we may also share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights

Our Site includes links to other third-party sites. By accessing those links, you will leave the ProLytics Site. If you choose to submit personal information to any of the third-party websites listed on our Site, your information is no longer managed under this Policy.
Your Rights
ProLytics notes that we are processing your information in order to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. ProLytics will not intentionally collect or retain any information that you do not want to provide. This is information regarding your medical or health condition, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or other sensitive information.
Minors
Our Site and content are intended for professionals and/or individuals over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not intentionally target or collect any personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). When you disclose or submit your information on our services, you are representing to us that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
