Prior to ProLytics’ involvement, Musashi was grappling with a highly complex data loading process from their source system into Vena. The system had been set up by more than five different partner and Vena consultants, resulting in a convoluted network of interdependent processes. The sheer number of people involved in the project over time had created an intricate web that made it increasingly challenging for Musashi’s team to fully understand and maintain the system. Any modifications, updates, or changes necessitated external involvement, making it difficult for Musashi to be agile in adapting to their evolving needs.
